Australian real estate company Kinrise acquires Georgian-style office building in London, UK for £22 million
en.Wedoany.com Reported - Australian real estate company Kinrise has acquired a Georgian-style building at 3-5 Bedford Street in London, UK for £22 million. The building, with an area of 27,500 square feet, has recently been renovated and is equipped with advanced technology and market-leading sustainability ratings.

Kinrise will reposition the building, offering a range of fully fitted and blank canvas office options across six floors, welcoming businesses of all sizes.
The building is prominently located at the southern end of Bedford Street, an area considered the legal core of London. Kinrise co-founder Samuel Lawson Johnston said: "The acquisition of 3-5 Bedford Street is the first acquisition for our latest UK city fund, creating iconic buildings for the new world of work. This is a highlight in our growing portfolio and perfectly aligns with our mission to create buildings that fully benefit investors, tenants, and communities." Knight Frank represented the seller, and MP2RE represented the buyer.
