The building, with an area of 27,500 square feet, has recently been renovated and is equipped with advanced technology and market-leading sustainability ratings.

Kinrise will reposition the building, offering a range of fully fitted and blank canvas office options across six floors, welcoming businesses of all sizes.
The building is prominently located at the southern end of Bedford Street, an area considered the legal core of London.
