Saudi Masah Secures Construction Contract for Ajdan Infinity Tower T2
en.Wedoany.com Reported - Masah Contracting Company has been awarded a construction contract by Ajdan Real Estate Development Company for the Ajdan Infinity Tower T2 project, covering the construction of a 40-story residential tower in Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The tower is one of three residential towers within the Ajdan Infinity project.
Located in Khobar, Ajdan Infinity spans 45,510 square meters and plans to feature three high-rise residential towers of 35, 40, and 45 stories, complemented by commercial, dining, and leisure facilities. Masah has undertaken the construction of the 40-story T2 tower, with a contract execution period estimated at 2 to 3 years. The overall project is scheduled for phased completion between late 2028 and mid-2029.
Site preparation, infrastructure, and external works for the project have previously been carried out. Related construction works include natural granite pedestrian paving, basalt paving for vehicle areas, tiling for fountain and water feature zones, as well as landscape lighting, seating, and public activity area development.
Ajdan launched the first-phase residential sales of the project in 2023, corresponding to the 35-story residential tower, which plans to deliver 142 residential units along with associated commercial spaces. The T2 tower construction contract corresponds to the second high-rise residential tower of the project.
