Meraas awards AED 590 million construction contract for Phase 3 of City Walk Crestlane in Dubai

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 7, Meraas, under Dubai Holding Real Estate, awarded Parkway International Contracting the main construction contract for Phase 3 of the City Walk Crestlane project, with a contract value exceeding AED 590 million. The contract covers 4 residential buildings and 394 apartments. On-site construction has commenced and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028.

Phase 3 of City Walk Crestlane had previously entered the foundation works stage. On August 10, Meraas awarded International Foundation Group the foundation contract for two of the residential buildings, with the scope of works including site preparation, earthworks, foundation treatment, dewatering, as well as the design and construction of the retaining structures and piling works. The AED 590 million contract corresponds to the subsequent superstructure phase, with Parkway International Contracting responsible for the implementation of the main works for the four residential buildings in Phase 3.

The 394 residential units in Phase 3 are distributed across 4 buildings. The overall City Walk Crestlane master plan includes 22 residential buildings and 2,625 residential units, covering a planned area of approximately 365,700 square meters, along with commercial, leisure, and open spaces. The project has been releasing residential buildings in phases, with the first batch in 2025 comprising two residential buildings and 394 units, followed by the continued addition of new residential clusters.

The project's overall public amenities include landscaped open spaces, water features, swimming pools, sports facilities, a fitness center, a floating clubhouse, and an outdoor cinema, all connected to the existing retail, dining, leisure, and public spaces of City Walk. The specific heights, floor areas, individual construction schedules of the four residential buildings, and the subcontracting arrangements for mechanical and electrical works were not disclosed in this construction contract.
