The refurbished ETV 216i forklift has been delivered to Italian 5PL logistics operator MVN and is prepared for its next service life in accordance with the brand's 5 estrellas (five-star) quality standard.

Since 2021, MVN and Jungheinrich have formed a strategic alliance, delivering over 150 forklifts and other logistics solutions. This forklift delivery highlights the successful cooperation between the two companies and their shared commitment to combining high-performance logistics with sustainability.

These refurbished vehicles, known as Jungstars, are restored to near-new technical condition and appearance, following standards under the "Economy" or "5 estrellas (five-star)" categories. These forklifts primarily come from different business units of the brand and are sent to the used equipment center (Centro de Equipos de Ocasión) for rebuilding at the end of their first service life cycle.

During the rebuilding process, these forklifts undergo comprehensive inspections, critical safety components are replaced, and other parts are refurbished or replaced. This allows up to 99% of raw materials to be reused or recycled.

Jungheinrich aims to extend the service life of high-quality forklifts, a strategy that can reduce CO2 equivalent emissions by up to 80%. Since the establishment of the used equipment center (Centro de Equipos de Ocasión) in 2006, the brand has continuously specialized its rebuilding processes and expanded its production facilities multiple times.

Currently, the plant has a production area of over 13,500 square meters and employs 200 staff. Additionally, Jungheinrich also rebuilds and refurbishes used industrial forklifts at its center in Ploiești, Romania.
