en.Wedoany.com Reported - Indian real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects Ltd launched three residential projects and one commercial project in the April-June quarter of 2026, with a total developable area of 20.16 million square feet. The residential projects are expected to generate revenue of approximately INR 12,000 crore.

Bangalore-based Prestige Estates Projects stated that the three launched residential projects are located in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai, respectively, while the commercial project is in Bangalore with a developable area of 3 million square feet. The total potential revenue from the three residential projects is estimated at INR 12,000 crore.

Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, said the company plans to launch a series of projects in Mumbai, NCR (National Capital Region), Bangalore, and Chennai during the festive season to consolidate growth momentum. Razack previously told PTI that the company has residential projects worth INR 60,000 crore awaiting launch, with the final number of projects brought to market depending on government approvals.

In the April-June quarter, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd's sales bookings fell 46% year-on-year to INR 6,579.3 crore due to a high base effect. Sales bookings (or pre-sales) in the same period last year were INR 12,126.4 crore. In the second quarter of fiscal 2025-26, the company achieved record pre-sales by launching large-scale projects in the Delhi-NCR region.

Hyderabad was the largest contributor to sales in the quarter, accounting for 49% of total sales, followed by Bangalore (27%), Mumbai (12%), NCR (7%), and other markets (5%). The average realized price for apartments was INR 11,193 per square foot, and for plotted development, it was INR 8,043 per square foot.

Prestige Estates achieved record sales bookings of INR 30,024 crore in fiscal 2025-26, a 76% year-on-year increase. The company has set a sales booking (or pre-sales) target of INR 35,000-36,000 crore for fiscal 2026-27. Prestige Group has delivered 316 projects with a total built-up area of 212 million square feet, and 135 projects are under development with a total built-up area of 227 million square feet.
