The intelligent audio bot supports voice-driven troubleshooting guides, maintenance protocols, and compliance inquiries, helping reduce downtime on project sites. The intelligent video bot offers visual guidance through dynamic avatars, covering steps such as equipment calibration, workflow optimization, and advanced technical training, bridging knowledge gaps and reducing reliance on external expertise through step-by-step instruction. The platform currently supports English and Hindi interactions, meeting the inclusivity needs of a multilingual workforce and making it accessible to users ranging from operators to decision-makers.

Building on Concrete GPT, the platform retains integration with OpenAI's GPT-4 and Perplexity Models, and has updated its research materials and technical resource library to include the latest industry trends and regulatory guidelines.
