The project plans to install 85 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of approximately 600MW and an expected annual power generation of about 2TWh.
Located in northern Sweden, the Hästliden wind power project will provide a stable supply of renewable energy to the local power system upon completion. Onshore wind projects typically involve multiple stages, including turbine foundation construction, road construction, collector line installation, substation construction, and grid connection, requiring coordination across land use, environmental protection, grid infrastructure, and equipment supply.
In recent years, Statkraft has been continuously expanding its new energy project portfolio in Europe, covering hydropower, wind power, solar energy, and energy storage. The advancement of the Hästliden wind power project will further strengthen the company's wind power asset portfolio in the Nordic market and provide new green electricity sources for regional industrial power consumption.
