en.Wedoany.com Reported - At the 2026 China Shanghai International Die Casting Exhibition, L.K. Group, under the theme "Multi-Material Driven, Full-Spectrum Empowerment," showcased the EM900 magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding machine, the TPI GigaPlast large-scale magnesium alloy semi-solid thixoforming equipment, the LHU-500(AB) horizontal five-axis high-efficiency machining center, and the SCHB400 horizontal squeeze casting machine, establishing a comprehensive process technology matrix for magnesium alloy lightweight forming, high-end squeeze casting, and precision post-processing.

The exhibition attracted visitors and professional buyers from 53 countries and regions. Key automotive clients including Geely, Chery, Volkswagen, Li Auto, and Dongfeng visited the L.K. booth to exchange ideas with the L.K. technical team. L.K. Group held daily technical seminars covering core technologies such as magnesium alloy semi-solid forming, integrated casting-forging squeeze casting, and five-axis precision machining, combined with application cases in new energy vehicles, the low-altitude economy, humanoid robots, and high-end 3C products.

The EM900 magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding machine is designed for small to medium-sized precision magnesium alloy components. The semi-solid forming process enables finished products to be approximately one-third lighter than aluminum alloy counterparts, with improved strength and corrosion resistance. The forming temperature is reduced by 50 to 80 degrees Celsius, and overall energy consumption is lowered by 30% to 50%. The fully enclosed slurry preparation process requires no protective gas. This equipment is suitable for mass production of products such as precision 3C housings, small to medium structural parts for new energy vehicles, humanoid robots, and drone-mounted accessories.

The TPI GigaPlast magnesium alloy semi-solid thixoforming equipment targets the mass production of large, thick-walled, and complex magnesium alloy structural parts. Compared to traditional cold-chamber die casting, it reduces energy consumption by up to 50%, improves product toughness by 20%, and produces a uniform and dense metallographic structure with no excess runners and low scrap rates. It supports rapid mold change and compatibility with multiple magnesium alloy grades, and is used for integrated body structures in new energy vehicles and large robot bases.

The LHU-500(AB) horizontal five-axis high-efficiency machining center is the world's first horizontal five-axis milling-turning composite equipment with turning functionality, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. It enables multi-process completion with a single workpiece clamping and is equipped with an aluminum chip management system. It is used for precision machining of core three-electric components such as new energy vehicle motor housings and shock absorber towers.

The SCHB400 horizontal squeeze casting machine adopts an integrated horizontal clamping and vertical squeeze casting-forging process, eliminating defects such as porosity and shrinkage cavities in castings. The resulting products have high density and excellent airtightness, support full-specification heat treatment and welding, and feature fully closed-loop controllable process parameters. It is used for manufacturing high-reliability components such as new energy vehicle thermal management modules and chassis load-bearing structural parts.

During the exhibition, some clients visited L.K. Group's Hangzhou Bay base and benchmark customer case factories, touring the entire chain from equipment R&D and manufacturing to process validation and terminal mass production. At L.K.'s large-scale die casting equipment intelligent manufacturing base, clients inspected the standardized production, precision assembly, and performance testing processes for large die casting machines, and observed L.K.'s trial mold center, which offers one-stop trial mold services from product structure validation and process iteration optimization to mass production solution implementation.

L.K. Group stated that it will continue to focus on core technologies such as magnesium alloy semi-solid forming, squeeze casting, and machining centers, adapting to diverse light alloy materials including magnesium and aluminum alloys, and covering sectors such as new energy vehicles, the low-altitude economy, humanoid robots, and high-end 3C products, while continuously optimizing its product portfolio.

L.K. Group will continue to deepen its presence in sectors such as new energy vehicles, the low-altitude economy, humanoid robots, and high-end 3C products, refining green, intelligent, and integrated high-end smart manufacturing equipment and complete production line solutions.
