HCLTech Acquires Guardian India Global Capability Center for Over $10 Million

The transaction is expected to close on August 1, 2026, upon which nearly 2,000 employees from Guardian's technology, operations, and shared services divisions will transition to HCLTech.

Alongside this acquisition, the two companies have entered into a seven-year service agreement. Under the agreement, HCLTech will support Guardian's technology operations and lead AI-driven modernization initiatives across its business.
