The new version features a dedicated suspension system and original equipment parts, designed specifically for high-intensity off-road use. The biggest difference between the S10 Trail Boss and other versions lies in the suspension system. According to information from the Argentine launch, the model comes standard with Ironman brand shock absorbers and springs, raising the front of the vehicle by 30 mm. This technical adjustment improves the approach angle, enhancing the pickup's obstacle-crossing capability on rugged terrain. Complementing the new height, Chevrolet uses 18-inch Scorpion All Terrain tires with a tread pattern specifically designed for low-traction surfaces. The pickup will not be equipped with a rear axle mechanical differential lock but will use recalibrated electronic assistance systems to adapt to the new body geometry, maintaining traction control efficiency.

The pickup's exterior design follows a rugged approach, featuring a gloss black front grille and rear bumper, more prominent wheel arches, and exclusive 18-inch wheels.
