en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, the overseas business of Wuhan Building Materials Institute (WBMRI) has achieved another success: the fiber cement board production line project in Sterlitamak, Russia, which was fully designed and manufactured by the company, has successfully completed commissioning and achieved stable full-line production. This is the second complete production line project of WBMRI in the Russian building materials equipment market.
Located in Sterlitamak, an industrial hub of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, this project is a key local industrial upgrade initiative. Emil Shaimardanov, the head of Sterlitamak's administration, and Alexander Borisov, Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, attended the production line commissioning ceremony. Management of the project owner company and representatives of core partners were also present, witnessing a new milestone in Sino-Russian building materials cooperation.
The newly commissioned production line was fully designed, developed, and manufactured by WBMRI. It incorporates the world's first core process system for asbestos-free fiber cement boards, achieving fully automated and intelligent production and marking a key technological breakthrough in the industry. Compared to traditional processes, this innovative technology significantly optimizes the physical and mechanical properties of the boards, substantially enhancing product strength, frost resistance, and long-term durability, elevating product quality standards to a new level. Leveraging its exceptional product performance, the high-quality fiber cement boards produced by this project offer strong adaptability and can be widely used in various construction projects, including residential buildings in extremely cold regions and industrial plants, precisely matching Russia's complex local climate and market demands, with broad market application prospects.
The head of Sterlitamak's administration highly praised the project.
