en.Wedoany.com Reported - The government of the municipality of Espejo, Álava, Spain, has launched a tender to build a 60 kW collective self-consumption photovoltaic plant (with a peak installed capacity of 64.8 kW) on the roof of the local municipal fronton court.

The contract budget for this project is €68,950, with a bid submission deadline of August 5. It follows a simplified open procedure and ordinary approval process. The available installation area is 278.64 square meters, and the photovoltaic modules will be arranged on the roof slopes of the fronton court with favorable orientation. The roof features a four-slope structure with tiles laid on 3 cm thick wood chipboard, covering a total area of 608 square meters, of which 278.64 square meters will be used for installing the photovoltaic modules. The roof orientations relative to due south are -90 degrees, 0 degrees, and 90 degrees, corresponding to the east, south, and west slopes, respectively.
The design includes three solar capture areas: Areas 1 and 2 each cover 30.96 square meters, with one row of 12 modules installed on each slope; Area 3 covers 216.72 square meters, accommodating six rows of 14 modules per row. The entire plant uses a total of 108 photovoltaic modules, each with a power output of 600 watts, resulting in a total peak installed capacity of 64.8 kW. This project has not received EU funding.
