en.Wedoany.com Reported - Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zoomlion") is continuously expanding its share in the overseas concrete machinery market, with repeat orders from Panamanian customers reflecting market recognition of its equipment reliability and local service capabilities. Since 2026, the company has accelerated its product delivery and localized support deployment in key international markets.
In the construction machinery sector, whether customers make repeat purchases often depends on the actual performance of equipment under long-term, demanding operating conditions. Pumping efficiency, environmental adaptability, stability, and after-sales response speed are all key factors influencing the continuation of cooperation. The repeat order secured by Zoomlion this time stems from the customer's validation of the equipment under real construction conditions.
This order comes from Ital Concretos, S.A., a Panamanian concrete service provider. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in La Chorrera, western Panama, the company specializes in ready-mixed concrete supply, serving local residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
In September 2025, after comparing equipment from multiple manufacturers, Ital Concretos purchased its first Zoomlion 43m concrete pump truck, marking the beginning of the partnership. The equipment was deployed across multiple projects after delivery. According to customer feedback, the pump truck maintained stable pumping performance during routine operations, adapted well to varying project requirements, and experienced no quality-related issues.
Based on the equipment's performance and Zoomlion's local service support, Ital Concretos placed an additional order for a 62m-spec pump truck in June 2026. The larger model offers a broader working range and enhanced construction capabilities, enabling the customer to undertake larger-scale and more complex projects. Subsequently, the company placed orders for three additional Zoomlion concrete pump trucks, further expanding its equipment fleet.
From the initial 43m pump truck to the subsequent procurement of multiple additional units, these orders demonstrate that equipment performance under real operating conditions and supporting localized service capabilities are fundamental to converting first-time purchases into long-term partnerships for construction machinery customers.
