The guide aligns with the Saudi Council of Ministers' decision to designate 2026 as the "Year of AI," aiming to help tech companies accelerate AI adoption, encourage innovative business models, and derive greater value from emerging digital technologies.

The guide targets corporate executives, strategy teams, technical managers, product leaders, and decision-makers, offering actionable recommendations on embedding AI into internal business operations, customer-facing products and services, and various implementation models including AI agents. The document's core objective is to assist organizations in breaking down AI strategies into executable operational plans and ultimately translating them into measurable business outcomes.

The publication is structured around two main pillars. The first pillar focuses on AI's role in improving internal administrative and business processes within tech companies, covering enhancements in operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation capacity.
