Hollysys Signs Agreement with Jiangsu Renheng Equipment to Jointly Promote High-Quality Development of China's Paper Industry

(hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Renheng Equipment"), and Hui Ruzhong, General Manager, recently visited the Hollysys Northwest Headquarters Base, where they held discussions with Hollysys on cooperation in the paper industry and signed a strategic cooperation agreement. During the inspection session, the delegation from Jiangsu Renheng Equipment toured the Hollysys Intelligent Experience Center, the demonstration production line of one of the first batch of national "Excellent-Level Intelligent Factories," and the Intelligent Factory Laboratory, gaining detailed insights into Hollysys' technical capabilities and engineering practices in process industry automation, intelligent control, and digital transformation. The Jiangsu Renheng Equipment side expressed recognition of Hollysys' independently controllable core technologies and full-lifecycle service system.

During the discussions, both parties introduced their respective business layouts, benchmark projects, and core strengths in the paper industry, engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as industry development trends, green and low-carbon transformation, intelligent factory construction, and collaborative market expansion, and reached a consensus on pathways to deepen cooperation.

Under the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths: Hollysys will provide industrial automation control, digital technologies, and industry-level integrated solution capabilities, while Jiangsu Renheng Equipment will contribute paper equipment R&D and manufacturing, market channel coverage, and project implementation experience, jointly building an integrated "equipment + control + digitalization" service capability to deliver full-chain solutions to paper industry customers. Both parties stated that this cooperation aims to drive the paper industry's upgrade toward high-end, intelligent, and green development.
