$476 Million: Sinoma International Signs Nigerian Cement Production Line Contract

Recently, Sinoma International signed the "Equipment Supply Contract for the Itori Clinker Cement Production Lines (Lines 3 and 4) in Ogun State, Nigeria" with Itori Cement Ltd., a subsidiary of the Dangote Group, with a total contract value of $476 million.
Per the contract, Sinoma International will provide equipment supply services for the owner for Lines 3 and 4 in Itori, Ogun State, Nigeria, covering the full range of workshop equipment and materials for the 2×6000 tons-per-day cement production lines, from the limestone crushing workshop to cement storage.
The contract takes effect upon signing. Payment will be made in US dollars, settled through advance payment, progress payment, and final payment. The delivery schedule is expected to achieve clinker output 24 months and cement output 25 months after the commencement of the construction period. Delivery terms are CIF Lagos Port, and/or CIP Murtala Muhammed International Airport. The equipment warranty period is 12 months after the production lines meet the specified production targets.
