Nordex Group Secures Over 480 MW Wind Turbine Orders in the U.S.

en.Wedoany.com Reported - Nordex Group has secured three new orders in the U.S. market, with a total capacity exceeding 480 megawatts, involving the supply of 81 N163/5.X turbines. The names of the customers and specific project details have not been disclosed.

These turbines will be delivered according to customer-specific requirements, and once the projects are completed, they will help Nordex Group further consolidate its business presence in the U.S. market.

Manav Sharma, CEO of Nordex North America, stated that the new orders reflect customers' trust in Nordex and recognition of the company's ability to deliver and service projects reliably and efficiently. He noted that driven by customer partnerships, team execution and service capabilities, as well as manufacturing capacity, the company has maintained sustained momentum in the region and will remain focused on creating value to support customers' long-term energy goals.

The turbines for the aforementioned orders will be manufactured at Nordex Group's production facility in Iowa.
