en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 10, Air China once again confirmed that, starting August 12, flights CA723 and CA724 on the Beijing Capital–Ulaanbaatar route are scheduled to be operated by the domestically produced C919 aircraft, with one round trip per day. This will mark the first regularly scheduled international passenger route operated by the C919.

Under the current flight schedule, outbound flight CA723 is set to depart from Beijing Capital International Airport at 15:00 and arrive in Ulaanbaatar at 17:15; the return flight CA724 is scheduled to depart Ulaanbaatar at 18:30 and arrive back at Beijing Capital International Airport at 20:35.

The above route arrangement was first announced on July 18, with tickets subsequently made available for sale through channels such as the Air China app. Air China took delivery of its first C919 in August 2024; the aircraft is the extended-range variant, featuring a two-class cabin layout with 158 seats, including 8 business class seats and 150 economy class seats. The C919 completed its first commercial flight on May 28, 2023, and this Beijing–Ulaanbaatar route will extend its regular commercial operations to international routes. The final aircraft type and schedule for the flights are subject to actual operations.
