en.Wedoany.com Reported - A consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) has completed its acquisition of Qube Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Qube"), valuing the company at approximately $11.7 billion.

MAM, together with funds managed by it and co-investors, completed the investment on August 14, 2026, through a Scheme of Arrangement. MAM stated that Qube's strong track record in supply chain infrastructure, security, and resilience was a significant factor in driving this investment. Following the completion of the acquisition, MAM will work with the Qube team and co-investors to formulate the company's next phase of growth strategy, continue investing in Qube's network, and explore new business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Qube Managing Director Paul Digney stated that this acquisition marks a new phase in Qube's growth and evolution. "This underscores the strength of the business, the strong position we have built, and the quality of our assets, people, and safety culture," he said. The team looks forward to collaborating with MAM and its co-investors to drive Qube's next phase of growth and diversification, while continuing to maintain a strong track record in enhancing supply chains, delivering innovative solutions, and providing exceptional service to customers.

Ben Way, Head of MAM, stated that the investment in Qube reflects MAM's ability to execute complex transactions and identify attractive investment opportunities that create long-term value for clients and partners. "MAM has a long-standing practice of identifying key themes early, and the broad investor base attracted to this transaction is a testament to that."

Ani Satchcroft, Co-Head of Asia-Pacific Infrastructure at MAM, added that against the backdrop of population and GDP growth, as well as increased energy sector activity, Qube is well positioned to benefit from the growing focus on supply chain capabilities. "Our investment in Qube demonstrates the role that private capital plays in supporting logistics infrastructure, security, and resilience opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. We look forward to working with Qube's world-class team, leveraging our experience in this sector to support the business in its next phase of growth."
