SANY Microgrid Signs SPA Agreement for Eastern Europe's Largest Standalone Energy Storage Project
en.Wedoany.com Reported - Dimension News, August 18 - SANY Microgrid officially signed a 600MWh standalone energy storage project SPA agreement with RV, an integrated energy company in Eastern Europe.
Under the agreement, SANY Microgrid will provide energy storage products and system solutions for the project, utilizing energy storage products independently developed by SANY Lithium Energy. Xu Zhongtian, Senior Deputy General Manager of SANY Group and General Manager of the Overseas Investment and Development Company under the Microgrid Division, and Denisa, Director of RV, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Aurel, CEO of RV Group, and Mihaela, Chief Legal Officer, attended the ceremony as witnesses.
RV is an integrated energy company in Eastern Europe. The 600MWh standalone energy storage project signed this time is listed as one of the largest standalone energy storage projects in Eastern Europe. Upon completion, it is planned to provide regulatory support to the local power grid through participation in energy trading and ancillary services.
This cooperation marks SANY Microgrid's first entry into the European standalone energy storage market.
