en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 27, Shanghai CSCEC Overseas Development Co., Ltd. announced that the Bali Outlet project in Indonesia, undertaken by the Overseas Company of CSCEC 8th Bureau, has been officially delivered and put into operation. Located in Bali, the project has a total construction area of approximately 65,000 square meters, comprising 7 single commercial buildings, featuring international brand retail, dining, art experiences, and real-time flight information services.

The building facades adopt local traditional red bricks and real stone paint with various textures. The commercial spaces feature an open-street layout, equipped with natural stone paving and waterscape facilities. During the construction phase, 3D modeling was applied for collaborative design and visual simulation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, while material sealing, VMU mock-up confirmation, and detailed design reviews were conducted with the Singaporean design team.

During construction, the project experienced two full rainy seasons, with maximum daily rainfall exceeding 100 millimeters. The project team conducted 14 special rainy-season inspections and 4 emergency rescue operations, coordinated the supply of over 50 batches of critical materials, and resolved 34 items involving schedule deviations, technical issues, and construction bottlenecks. At the peak of construction, on-site local labor exceeded 1,200 workers, with 90 local management personnel, achieving a localization rate of over 80%.

According to project data previously released by CSCEC 8th Bureau, the Bali Outlet project has a planned construction area of approximately 65,900 square meters, located in the Kura Kura Bali area; subsequent project data from the company listed the total construction area at approximately 68,500 square meters, with a 16-month construction period.
