Avelo Airlines Extends Flight Schedule Through April 20, 2027

Customers can now book flights to more than 35 destinations, with one-way fares starting at $42 (including government taxes and fees), available for booking at AveloAir.com.

Trevor Yealy, Avelo Airlines' Head of Network and Revenue, stated that extending the flight schedule gives customers more time to lock in fares and plan their trips. He noted that whether for a short weekend getaway or spring break travel, the airline focuses on providing convenient and reliable air service, with customers able to choose from destinations ranging from sunny beaches to food-and-culture cities, all served by nonstop flights.

Since its inaugural flight on April 28, 2021, Avelo — the first new commercial scheduled airline to launch in the United States in nearly 15 years — has flown nearly 80,000 flights and carried more than 10 million customers. According to a report by third-party data platform Anuvu, Avelo ranks among the top U.S. airlines for on-time performance and reliability. The airline's fleet consists of 16 Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft. In September 2025, Avelo ordered up to 100 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft and plans to become the first U.S. airline to operate the aircraft type in 2028. The E195-E2 features a 2x2 seating configuration with 140 seats, ensuring no passenger has to sit in a middle seat. Regarding the $42 one-way fare, this fare applies to travel between Lakeland (LAL) and Nashville (BNA) during March 3–10, 2027, and must be booked by September 9, 2026. Seats and dates are limited.
