Mobix Labs Secures Order for Approximately 1,500 Gulfstream Aircraft Connectors

The order was placed by an existing aerospace customer supporting Gulfstream aircraft programs, covering EMI filter connectors, representing a subsequent batch building on a prior production order for the same Gulfstream aircraft series.

This batch of connectors is used for electromagnetic interference suppression in aircraft electronic systems. Mobix Labs confirmed that its relevant filter connectors have been integrated into Gulfstream aircraft systems, with products manufactured in Irvine, California, USA. The company's existing filter connector products enable direct integration of EMI filters into the connector structure and offer custom configurations tailored for aerospace applications.

On March 5 of this year, Mobix Labs had already received a new production purchase order for similar Gulfstream aircraft components, which at the time corresponded to components that had completed qualification and entered aircraft systems, with deliveries aligned with near-term aircraft production schedules. This order for approximately 1,500 units represents a repeat procurement building on the previous production order.

Data released by Gulfstream's parent company General Dynamics in July for the first half of 2026 shows that Gulfstream delivered a total of 79 aircraft, including 66 large-cabin and 13 mid-cabin aircraft, with 41 delivered in the second quarter. During the same period, General Dynamics' aerospace segment recorded second-quarter orders of $5.278 billion, with a book-to-bill ratio of 1.5.

Mobix Labs did not disclose the order value, specific Gulfstream models, or the delivery batches and completion timeline for the approximately 1,500 connectors.
