Grovy Commences Main Construction of Ramada Residences in Dubai

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 3, Grovy Developers commenced main construction of Ramada Residences by Wyndham on Dubai Islands, appointing Jaseera Building Contracting as the project's main contractor. Site preparation works had been completed previously, and the project has now entered the structural construction phase. Jaseera's scope of work as main contractor covers civil works, structural works, MEP installation, and interior fit-out, continuing through to project completion.

The project is developed by Grovy Developers, with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts providing the Ramada brand and associated operational standards. USquare Luxe Properties participates as the landowner and development partner. Grovy and Wyndham formally signed a cooperation agreement on May 7, 2026, and the project's model unit was opened on June 30. The appointment of the main contractor and the commencement of structural works constitute the subsequent construction milestones.

Ramada Residences comprises 68 fully furnished residences, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom penthouse residences. The building features a G+2P+8 configuration, and upon handover, residences will be serviced under the Ramada brand standards with hotel-style services.

The project offers over 20 amenities, including a temperature-controlled infinity pool, aquatic fitness facilities, a golf simulator, and an open-air amphitheater. Grovy has confirmed that the project is among the residential developments on Dubai Islands approved for short-term rentals. Located in the Cultural District of Dubai Islands, all residences are planned to be delivered in a fully furnished condition.

According to the project schedule released by Grovy, Ramada Residences is expected to be handed over in the third quarter of 2027. Publicly available information has not yet disclosed the main contract value or the construction cost corresponding to this phase of works.
