Harbour Group’s Americo Acquires Fusion

Wedoany.com Report-Nov. 29, Americo Chemical Products, a Harbour Group company, has completed the acquisition of Fusion Chemical, a specialty manufacturer of metalworking fluids based in Huntington, Indiana.

Founded in 2012 by Matt East, Fusion develops and produces advanced lubricants and coolants designed for high-performance machining and stamping operations while maintaining low environmental impact. Its portfolio includes the innovative Hybrid-Cool product line, widely recognised for superior performance and sustainability characteristics.

Jeff Fox, Chairman and Chief Executive of Harbour Group, stated: "We love partnering with successful founder-owned businesses like Fusion, and we are extremely grateful that Matt placed his trust in us to continue growing his business. Fusion's people and products are an excellent addition to Americo. We are confident that the combined business will serve its customers at an even higher level through an expanded product offering."

The transaction combines two complementary specialists in the metalworking fluids sector, creating a broader range of high-performance, environmentally responsible solutions for industrial customers across North America.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Matt East and the Fusion team will join Americo, supporting continued innovation and customer service excellence.
