According to Wedoany.com, Greg Brockman, co-founder of OpenAI, revealed on a social media platform that Tesla founder Elon Musk once demanded to hold a majority stake in OpenAI. In his post, Brockman detailed the communication process with Musk, pointing out that Musk emphasized the importance of control from the early days of OpenAI's establishment. He stated that although Musk possesses profound expertise and forward-looking vision in the field of artificial intelligence, as a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the safe and beneficial development of AI, OpenAI's equity structure and management model need to adhere to more open and diverse principles.
