The acceptance work began on February 3rd and was organized by Fuzhou Metro. The acceptance team was divided into three groups: civil engineering, electromechanical systems engineering, and integrated system commissioning. They conducted comprehensive on-site inspections covering all professional aspects related to trial operation, including civil structures, HVAC, plumbing & electrical systems, interior finishing, track laying, civil air defense facilities in the sections, various electromechanical systems, and the completion status of integrated system commissioning, to ensure the project complies with standards.
At the project acceptance inspection meeting held on February 6th, the construction unit, contractor, supervision unit, survey unit, and design unit reported respectively on the project construction status, self-assessment results of the acceptance, and trial operation preparation. After joint discussion and evaluation by the acceptance team, relevant competent authorities, and all participating parties, it was unanimously agreed that the Line 6 East Extension Section project met the acceptance criteria, with qualified engineering quality and complete documentation, and approval was granted to pass the acceptance inspection.
The Fuzhou Metro Line 6 East Extension Section has a total length of approximately 5.55 kilometers and includes 5 underground stations. This line connects the Binhai New City with the central urban area of Changle, serving as important transportation support for Fuzhou's implementation of the "Advance Eastward and Southward, Develop Along the River and Toward the Sea" development strategy.
