Wedoany.com Report on Feb 9th, NxN Data Centers has commissioned Itercon to build Valencia's first data center. This facility is seen as a significant milestone in the development of digital infrastructure for the Valencian Community and a key move in NxN Data Centers' strategy to expand into the Spanish market.

Located in the Vara de Quart industrial area, the data center covers a site area exceeding 6,500 square meters, with an expected built-up area of over 9,000 square meters. The new facility is designed to provide 5 MW of IT power and will adhere to high-efficiency, high-resilience, and sustainability standards, aiming to achieve an Excellent rating under the BREEAM environmental certification.
The Valencia data center project is one of the first such developments in the area, helping to solidify the Valencian Community's position as an emerging digital hub in Southern Europe. This project responds to the growing demand for storage and computing services in Spain and Portugal, offering advanced computing and storage solutions for businesses and public administrations.
