The project, spanning three years and ten months, involved commissioning advanced U.S.-developed mixing equipment designed to support critical defense production processes.

According to NCSIST, securing U.S. export approval for the 300-gallon mixing system after a 43-year hiatus demonstrates support for industrial cooperation. Representatives from the American Institute in Taiwan and B&P Littleford attended the commissioning ceremony, marking the official launch of the expanded production capacity.

The new mixing system is designed to address growing defense demands and ensure a stable supply of critical materials and processes. By introducing equipment with a proven operational track record, the institute has enhanced manufacturing stability, safety standards, and quality control for key production lines.
