Wedoany.com Report on Feb 26th, LiuGong recently launched the LTC800T5 and LTC900T5 4-axle truck cranes in the Brazilian market, with maximum lifting capacities of 80 tons and 90 tons respectively, designed for complex lifting tasks. These machines are intended to support various applications including precast concrete installation, industrial engineering, commercial facilities, factory maintenance, oil and gas, as well as wind power projects.

Flavio Souza, LiuGong's Product Manager, stated that this launch aims to meet the ongoing demand for efficient lifting equipment in the Brazilian market. He said, "From project initiation to large-scale operations, we are committed to serving our customers. With the LTC800T5 and LTC900T5, we offer a comprehensive solution while adhering to the principles of robustness and ease of maintenance." These two models share a common technological platform, which helps simplify maintenance and parts replacement.

The LTC800T5 and LTC900T5 truck cranes are both equipped with a 275 kW Cummins engine, a Fast 10-speed transmission, 385/95R25 tires, and an independent air-conditioned cabin. The machines feature a U-shaped telescopic main boom, with a maximum extension length of 50 meters across five boom sections, and come with a 16-meter auxiliary jib to enhance operational flexibility. Standard features include an emergency steering pump and an electro-hydraulic retarder to improve safety; a dual hydraulic motor swing system ensures precise movement and stable braking, reducing load sway.

Furthermore, the system integrates a WIKA torque limiter, outrigger pressure sensors, an anemometer, a boom tip camera, and a drum camera for easy real-time monitoring. Four-wheel steering with crab mode reduces the turning radius to approximately 10 meters, making it suitable for operation in confined spaces. When equipped with counterweights, the crane can self-transport the counterweights over short distances, reducing reliance on auxiliary trucks and optimizing logistics efficiency.

Hebert Francisco, Vice President of LiuGong Brazil, emphasized that this launch aligns with the company's growth strategy in Brazil. He stated, "We reaffirm our commitment to the Brazilian market by offering a more complete product portfolio, including equipment for complex applications and local technical support." Combining lifting performance and mobility, these truck cranes are expected to attract the attention of rental companies and engineering enterprises.
