Application Scope
Integrated outdoor miniature water quality monitoring station, following the design concept of environmental protection, intelligence, modularity, and standardization, highly integrates functional units such as water sampling and distribution unit, online detection unit, control unit, data acquisition and transmission unit, station house, and auxiliary units. It can continuously obtain water quality data (water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, etc.).
Instrument Features
•Functional modularity: The water station adopts modular design, which can quickly meet user customization needs. Each module has independent functions, improvement of a single module's processing flow or function will not affect other modules, and in case of failure, the module can be replaced as a whole, effectively shortening fault repair time and improving the effective operation rate of the water station.
•Integrated hoisting: The water station site construction adopts integrated hoisting, greatly shortening the project construction progress; indoor integration and testing of the water station are completed in the factory, ensuring the quality of the water station upon arrival at the site; when the site "three connections and one leveling" is completed, the station house can be quickly transported to the site and hoisted into place as a whole.
•Status visualization: The water station realizes perception of water quality analysis instrument operation status and process, on-site operation environment perception, and video perception; the monitoring software has a full-process visualization interface, making the status of instruments and equipment clear at a glance.
•Functional maintenance automation: As an unattended automatic monitoring station, each unit of the water station is periodically automatically cleaned, reducing the probability of failure during regular maintenance intervals.
•Integrated design of water sampling and distribution: The water station's water intake, distribution, pretreatment, cleaning, and controller adopt integrated design with high integration and fewer cables connecting to other modules, solving the problem of frequent cable connection failures in traditional control methods; the water sample collection pretreatment module has a clear process design, with components and pipelines clearly arranged, allowing quick detection of leaks, loose component connections, and other faults for timely replacement.
•High reliability: The water station water quality analysis module provides accurate and reliable measurement data; scientifically reasonable water intake methods are designed for different water bodies, selecting applicable corrosion-resistant, long-life water intake pumps; it has automatic recovery function after power failure.
•Multiple safety designs: Including three-level lightning protection safety design and data security design.
•Lightweight station house: The main body and internal components of the station house use corrosion-resistant materials, high strength, light weight, and corrosion-resistant.
