Application Scope
The TH-600C intelligent flue gas sampler is a series product developed by our company strictly in accordance with the national environmental protection headquarters' Technical Conditions for Flue Gas Samplers. The instrument can collect and evaluate various harmful gases such as SO₂ and NO in flue gas from flues, and is widely used for on-site sampling of industrial waste gas by environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutes.
Instrument Features
•Touch screen operation, clear and beautiful interface, simple and clear operation, easy for customers to use;
•Uses imported brushless vacuum pump, wide sampling flow range, no-load flow up to 2.5L/min, system load -20kPa flow still above 1.5 L/min;
•Uses proportional control valve to control flow, making constant flow more stable;
•Dual-path constant flow independent sampling system, with built-in bypass, capable of purging and automatic replacement before sampling, anti-backflow function;
•High-power heating wire inside the sampling gun to prevent condensation in the sampling tube;
•The instrument has automatic leak detection function to ensure sampling reliability;
•Calibration data can be backed up and restored to prevent calibration misoperation causing instrument failure;
•Can accurately measure on-site atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature, flue gas velocity and other parameters with high measurement accuracy;
•The instrument can be optionally equipped with chlorine gas sampling gun and ice-water bath constant temperature box (see TH-600E Intelligent Flue Gas Sampler for details) for sampling other flue gas components;
•Two gas sampling paths can choose electronic flowmeter version or manual flowmeter version.
