The product complies with GB/T 16157-1996 Determination of Particulate Matter in Exhaust from Fixed Pollution Sources and Sampling Methods for Gaseous Pollutants, HJ 544-2016 Determination of Sulfuric Acid Mist from Fixed Pollution Sources - Ion Chromatography, and other relevant standards and methods.

Application Scope

To ensure complete adsorption of gaseous sulfuric acid mist, this sampling gun adopts the Venturi proportional split flow principle. It ensures isokinetic collection of sulfuric acid mist particulate matter from fixed pollution sources while also ensuring proportional collection of gaseous sulfuric acid mist. Due to the application of this technology, the accuracy of total sulfuric acid mist emission collection from fixed pollution sources can be improved.

Instrument Features

•Portable, light weight, large volume (can accommodate 4 × 75ml impinger absorption bottles) constant temperature ice bath;

•Unique proportional split valve to ensure accurate collection of sulfuric acid mist particulate matter and gaseous matter;

•100L/min (optional) large-flow smoke dust sampler, light weight, high negative pressure; (optional purchase)

•Strong compatibility of this smoke gun, can be adapted to most samplers in the industry;

•Constant temperature heating combined sampling gun (adjustable temperature, maximum 180℃), including S-type pitot tube and K-type thermocouple.
