Product Introduction

Working Principle

The TH-870A flue gas particulate matter emission continuous monitoring system, in addition to measuring smoke particulate matter concentration, also includes flue gas parameter measurement subsystem and data acquisition and processing (display, storage, printing, transmission) components, but does not include gaseous pollutant measurement.

System Configuration

Particulate matter monitoring subsystem

Flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem

Data acquisition and transmission subsystem

Instrument Features

•Based on the forward scattering principle of smoke dust particles, it has extremely high sensitivity and resolution, can online continuously measure ultra-low concentration smoke dust particulate matter emissions;

•Uses adaptive dynamic range method, can also measure higher particulate matter concentration on-site, has extremely wide dynamic range;

•Uses patented unique extraction heating return flue gas sampling design, can be used for measured gas containing extremely high water mist;

•Can be used for real-time continuous measurement of particulate pollutant concentration from various pollution emission sources, can be matched with flue gas monitoring system, can be single unit or several units connected into a dust monitoring network sharing one foreground;

•The instrument can be applied to dust monitoring in power plants, steel mills, cement plants, etc., and can also be used for process control of dust removal equipment and other powder engineering.
