Application Scope

The TH-GDA construction site environmental quality monitoring system is a new instrument developed by our company. The instrument is designed in accordance with the latest standards of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, in coordination with local needs for ambient air governance, targeting the characteristics of high dust and large noise at construction sites. It integrates particulate matter monitoring system, noise monitoring system, video monitoring system, meteorological monitoring system, GPS positioning, and data integration system to timely transmit construction site environmental quality information to management departments. This system is a new type of instrument that promotes civilized construction at construction sites and enables timely regulatory acceptance, and can achieve simultaneous management of multiple sites in the central control room.

Particulate Matter Monitoring System

Instrument Features

•Uses one of the methods recommended by the national station: β-ray + DHS (dynamic heating system) method;

•The instrument is designed according to the newly issued standard HJ653-2021, with concentration unit in μg/m³ and display resolution: 0.1μg/m³;

•The instrument flow control section uses frequency converter to control regulating valve, accurately controlling cutter inlet flow stable at 16.7L/min in outdoor temperature -30℃~60℃;

•The instrument can be expanded for monitoring TSP, PM10, PM5, PM2.5, PM1 (cutters have detection reports from national authoritative departments).

•Optional precipitation, sunshine, ultraviolet and other multi-parameter meteorological sensors as needed;

Video Monitoring System

•Uses CMOS image sensor, outdoor all-weather monitoring type;

•Video pan-tilt rotates 360° in any direction, no monitoring blind spots;

•Automatic optical zoom for clearer video;

•Cloud video playback and storage;

•Cloud alarm image storage.

Data Acquisition System

Application Scope

Particulate matter, noise, meteorological, video data, GPS or files from system instruments are saved to the data acquisition unit through RS232 or RS485 industrial bus, allowing query of daily, monthly, yearly reports on instrument display screen; daily, monthly, yearly curves of various parameters; control of video pan-tilt etc. through data acquisition unit. Data is timely and remotely transmitted to management departments (central control room), central control room display screen realizes multi-site video screens and various monitoring data for timely management, and can achieve all functions on instrument display screen. Important information can be sent to mobile phones via SMS as needed for anytime monitoring (customized).
