Instrument Introduction

The photolysis rate analyzer uses an optical receiving head to collect omnidirectional solar radiation and transmits the energy to a spectrometer. The spectrometer quantifies and calculates the radiant energy in different wavelength bands to obtain the photolysis rate of the corresponding substance.

 

Application Scope

Photolysis of organic pollutants refers to the phenomenon where light energy is directly or indirectly transferred to chemical bonds under the action of light, causing molecules to become excited and undergo cleavage or transformation. Because it irreversibly changes the reactant molecules and strongly affects the fate of certain pollutants in the environment, the TH-2024 Atmospheric Photolysis Rate Analyzer is an effective tool for measuring these precursor pollutants.

 

Instrument Features
