Instrument Principle
This instrument adopts the ultraviolet photometry method. The basic working principle is: ozone can absorb ultraviolet light at a certain wavelength (254nm), and the intensity of absorption is related to its concentration. Detection method: ultraviolet light at 254nm wavelength irradiates the reaction chamber. Using a photoelectric detector, the light intensity of the sample gas (atmosphere containing ozone) and reference gas (atmosphere with ozone removed) passing through the reaction chamber is measured respectively. The light intensity ratio of the two is calculated, and the concentration of O₃ in the sample gas is obtained using the Lambert-Beer law.
