YZ and YC share the same structure, both consisting of four parts:
🔹 Conductor
-
Class 5 flexible copper conductor — stranded from multiple strands of fine oxygen-free copper wire
-
Excellent flexibility, resistant to repeated bending and fatigue
🔹 Insulation layer
-
Material: Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) or natural styrene-butadiene rubber
-
Superior electrical insulation performance, stable temperature resistance
🔹 Filler layer
-
High-temperature filler yarn or hemp rope, maintaining a round cable core
🔹 Sheath layer
-
Material: Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) rubber or chloroprene rubber
-
Characteristics: abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, weather-resistant, tear-resistant, waterproof
-
YC sheath thickness is significantly greater than YZ (at the same cross-section), providing stronger mechanical protection
