-
GB/T 5023.3-2008 Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables of rated voltages up to and including 450/750V - Part 3: Non-sheathed cables for fixed wiring
-
JB/T 8734-2012 Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables and wires and flexible cords of rated voltages up to and including 450/750V
-
GB/T 3956-2008 Conductors of insulated cables (Class 1 solid conductors)
-
GB/T 19666-2019 General rules for flame-retardant and fire-resistant wires and cables (basis for flame-retardant class determination)
-
GB/T 18380.3-2008 Tests on electric and optical fibre cables under fire conditions
-
GB 50016-2014 Code for fire protection design of buildings (basis for type selection and adaptation)
The product must pass CCC mandatory certification, with the model, flame-retardant class, rated voltage, executive standard, and manufacturer name clearly printed on the cable body.
2. Product Structure
ZR-BV features a two-layer structure (conductor + insulation layer) with no outer sheath:
🔹 Conductor
-
Material: High-purity oxygen-free copper (TU1/TU2), copper purity ≥99.95%, conductivity ≥98% IACS
-
Construction: Class 1 solid conductor (single strand) or Class 2 stranded conductor (a few thicker round copper wires)
-
Appearance: Purplish-red metallic luster; after stripping the insulation, the conductor should be bright and new-looking, with no blackening, roughness, or powdery oxides—this is the most direct criterion for judging whether the copper material is qualified
🔹 Insulation Layer
-
Material: Flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride (ZR-PVC), with halogen-based flame retardants (such as chlorinated paraffin + antimony trioxide) or inorganic flame retardants added to the PVC base resin
-
Flame-retardant mechanism: Upon exposure to fire, the flame retardant releases hydrogen halide to dilute oxygen, absorbs heat through decomposition to lower temperature, and forms a dense carbonized layer on the surface to block heat; self-extinguishes within 10 seconds after the fire source is removed
-
Characteristics: Insulation resistance ≥0.010 MΩ·km (70℃), resistant to acids and alkalis, oil-resistant, moisture-proof, and mold-resistant
