Overview
The CMC silo top dust collector is a device that separates gas and dust using the bag filtration principle, exhausts spent air to the outside, and maintains normal pressure inside the container. It is suitable for installation on the top of various powder storage silos, and is particularly suitable for use on the top of receiving hoppers in pneumatic conveying processes.
Working Mechanism
When the CMC series pulse bag dust collector is in operation, dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the exhaust vent at the top of the ash silo. Coarse dust particles fall directly into the ash silo, while fine dust particles flow upward with the air stream into the middle chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags, and the filtered gas passes from inside the bags through the bag openings into the upper chamber, then through the outlet duct to the exhaust fan outlet.
Main Components
The dust collector consists of an upper chamber, a middle chamber, a pulse injection device, filter bags and bag cages, and a pulse control system.
Processing Air Volume Range
500~10000m3/h, with outlet emission concentration below 30-5mg/Nm3.
Applicable Industries
Applications for dust and fly ash silos in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, electric power, light industry, chemical industry, and solid waste treatment.
