On February 26th, the Earthmoving Machinery sub-venue event for the 2026 XCMG Group Opening Festival and Batch Shipment Ceremony of the Full Product Line was held at the XCMG Excavator Intelligent Manufacturing Base. Over 200 attendees, including Song Zhike, Vice President of XCMG Machinery and General Manager & Party Committee Secretary of the XCMG Excavator Business Division, along with relevant leaders and employee representatives, were present.

At the event site, over one hundred XCMG G-Series excavators stood ready for dispatch, destined for various locations worldwide. The site also hosted the launch and pledge ceremony for the "Spring Warms the Mines" campaign, pledging "15-minute response, 2-hour arrival, 24-hour completion, undeterred by weather, mission accomplished." Since its inception in 2020, the "Spring Warms the Mines" customer care activity has mobilized a service engineer team exceeding 10,000 person-times, providing meticulous service to over 100,000 pieces of equipment. This specialized service campaign further implements the "customer-centric" philosophy and fulfills service commitments.
