Tibet Airport Group prioritized aviation safety in its support work. In response to complex winter weather conditions such as low visibility, strong winds, and snowfall, it strengthened consultations with meteorological units and promptly issued early warning information. All airports conducted in-depth inspections of facilities and equipment, as well as fire safety checks. Security departments intensified checks for fireworks, flammable, and explosive materials. Apron operation management units enhanced supervision of vehicle and aircraft operations to strictly prevent runway incursions and bird strikes, ensuring safe travel for passengers.

To cope with the passenger flow peak, Tibet Airport Group coordinated with airlines to increase flight frequency and deploy larger aircraft, expanding capacity on popular routes such as Lhasa to Chengdu and Chongqing. For ground services, additional check-in counters and security channels were opened, "paperless" boarding was promoted, "Priority Security Pass Cards" were issued to passengers with checked baggage, and free liquid transfer bottles were provided. For transportation connections, airport shuttle bus frequency was increased and additional parking points were set up to ensure smooth operations across all travel segments.

Tibet Airport Group also emphasized the human touch in its services. Airports decorated their terminals with cultural elements of both the Han Chinese Spring Festival and the Tibetan New Year, creating a strong festive atmosphere. Full-process "green channel" services were provided for special passengers such as the elderly, young children, the sick, disabled, and pregnant women. The Group's Youth League Committee organized a "Youth Volunteer Action, Warming the Journey Home" volunteer service. A "Love Station" was set up in the arrival hall of Lhasa Gonggar International Airport to provide free health monitoring and high-altitude travel tips for first-time visitors to Tibet, truly implementing the concept of a "Warm Spring Festival Travel Rush".
