As a key project for energy conservation and consumption reduction, the management area's geothermal heat pump system fully utilizes shallow geothermal energy, a renewable resource, to provide "one-stop" services for heating in winter and cooling in summer to seven buildings, including the office building. In winter, the system extracts low-grade heat from the soil and converts it into high-grade heat for heating; in summer, it operates in reverse, transferring indoor heat to the ground to achieve efficient cooling. This fundamentally enables green energy substitution, significantly reducing fossil fuel consumption.
In operation management, technicians abandoned the conventional mindset of "high-temperature operation to ensure heating." Relying on real-time monitoring data and user feedback, they implemented "precise fine-tuning." Since its commissioning, this geothermal heat pump system has saved an average of 45,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity per month compared to traditional split air conditioners and carbon crystal panel heating methods.
