en.Wedoany.com Reported, Rosenergoatom, the power generation operator under the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation (Rosatom), announced the completion of deploying a new import-substitution information system, the "Nuclear Power Plant Chemical Support Center," across all 11 nuclear power plants in Russia.

The system covers nuclear power units utilizing various reactor types such as VVER, RBMK, and BN. It is designed for the centralized collection, organization, and analysis of water chemistry monitoring data from the process loops and auxiliary systems of nuclear power plants, as well as the technical operational parameters of related support equipment. Its built-in advanced analytical tools enable in-depth mining of accumulated chemical data. The system is also equipped with a report generation and storage module for outputting operational reports and water chemistry management recommendations.

This information system employs domestically developed software, featuring a user-friendly interface, high security, and reliability. It also includes functional extensions based on existing MS Office software. In addition to nuclear power plants, relevant departments of the All-Russian Research Institute of Nuclear Power Plants and the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation (Rosatom) are also analytical and reporting users of the system.

Rosatom stated that it will utilize the data analysis results generated by this system to optimize chemical-technological operations, enhancing the safety and cost-effectiveness of nuclear power plants. Currently, technical support for the system is provided by JSC CONSIST-OS to ensure its stable operation.
