The product has a measurement range of 14.45 mm to 15.55 mm (range 1.1 mm), an axial resolution of 45 nm, linearity of ±400 nm, and a maximum measurement frequency of 10 kHz. Both models are equipped with RS-232 / RS-422 and Ethernet interfaces and support incremental encoder input.
