Since deploying the solution, Forze Hydrogen Racing has achieved efficiency gains: the time for new engineers to reach productive capacity has been reduced by up to two-thirds; unnecessary reliance on veteran teammates and chief engineers has decreased by 80%, while coordination with teammates who have entered the professional field has become easier; and institutional knowledge retention has improved by 50%, ensuring engineering breakthroughs are not lost across generations.
