According to the agreement, the two parties plan to advance the construction of domestic AI computing infrastructure in Hong Kong, with a target to achieve a computing scale exceeding 40,000P (PetaFLOPS) by 2030, building it into the largest domestically produced AI computing center in Hong Kong. The project will be implemented in phases, with the first phase expected to be completed within this year.

This AI computing center will serve as a core AI infrastructure supporting the era of large models, providing high-performance computing support for various industries, accelerating the application deployment of Hong Kong's AI industry, and enhancing Hong Kong's competitiveness in global technological innovation and artificial intelligence.

The center will be equipped with a diversified cluster of domestically produced GPU computing units, capable of providing efficient and stable computing support for enterprises in different scenarios such as model training, inference, and large-scale application deployment.
