Against the backdrop of a talent shortage and an urgent need to increase labor productivity, the company's activities in robotization are particularly critical. He noted that the two robots on display can achieve the output of one hundred people, representing a very significant innovation, and it took the company nearly a year to bring them into production, with almost no similar enterprises in the industry possessing such robots.
According to the memorandum, plans are in place to strengthen cooperation with expert groups, research, and educational institutions in the Kaluga Region to jointly implement projects and activities, providing informational support for successful cases and projects of technology application.
