en.Wedoany.com Reported - The results of the bidding for Sinopec's 2026-2027 marine coatings framework agreement were recently announced, with Hongjia Industrial Coatings Co., Ltd., a professional industrial coatings brand under Oriental Yuhong (002271.SZ), successfully entering the supplier list, ranking fifth.

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Beijing, Oriental Yuhong is a leading building materials system service provider in China. Hongjia Industrial Coatings Co., Ltd., established in June 2022, is a subsidiary of Oriental Yuhong, focusing on the high-end segment of industrial anti-corrosion and marine engineering coatings. Since 2026, Hongjia has achieved simultaneous leaps in capacity layout, qualification certification, and market expansion. In terms of capacity, Hongjia's project for producing 58,000 tons of high-performance industrial coatings and sealing materials annually has officially commenced in Xinyi, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, and is now in the final sprint phase for production, targeting protection needs in high-end equipment manufacturing, marine engineering, petrochemicals, and other fields. Regarding qualifications, Hongjia successfully obtained product certification from the China Classification Society (CCS) in 2026, building on the NORSOK M501 international certification—the "gold standard" for global marine engineering anti-corrosion—obtained in 2025, establishing a dual qualification barrier of "international gold standard + national-level access" in the heavy-duty anti-corrosion sector for ships and marine engineering. In market expansion, in June 2026, Hongjia won bids for three major overseas metallurgical benchmark projects: the Indonesia Qili Aluminum Oxide Project, the Guinea Aluminum Oxide Project, and the Egypt New Feng Steel Steelmaking Project.

Ship and marine coatings are considered a field with high technical barriers and lengthy certification cycles. This inclusion in Sinopec's marine coatings supplier list is another authoritative validation of Oriental Yuhong's strength in the industrial anti-corrosion field. From setting sail in 2022, to the Sinopec framework agreement in 2023, and then to the CCS certification and the 58,000-ton super base in 2026, Hongjia is driving China's high-end industrial coatings brand to accelerate into the "deep blue track" with solid technical expertise and unwavering strategic determination.
