On the enterprise side, the company has launched Monitora Rede, a service for connectivity management and monitoring. This solution provides real-time monitoring of internet connections, automatically identifying faults and attempting to resolve them before they impact customer operations. Through the Algar customer portal, users can also access network performance metrics, including the number of connected devices, peak usage times, and instability records. The company states that the tool aims to reduce reliance on technical support diagnostics, giving IT managers greater autonomy in managing corporate connectivity.

Ivan Mendes, Innovation Director at Algar and President of Brain, stated that the goal is to transform connectivity into a managed service. "Our objective is to go beyond connectivity itself and address the real pain points of entrepreneurs: ensuring their businesses are always online and efficient. With Monitora Rede, we put connectivity management in the hands of our customers."

The company also revealed plans to extend this solution to residential customers through digital contracting and management via its application in the future.

Meanwhile, Algar is expanding its artificial intelligence platform, developed in partnership with Inner AI, to the retail market. Previously offered to small and medium-sized enterprises, this solution integrates over 50 AI models in a single subscription for generating text, images, audio, and presentations, including GPT-5 and Claude 4.6 Sonnet. Users can subscribe through the operator's digital channels, activate it via the application, and have the fee consolidated into their Algar bill. The platform also includes training content and courses related to AI usage.

Zaima Milazzo, Director of Products and Technology at the company, stated that this move aims to promote the adoption of AI tools through the existing commercial relationship between the operator and its customers. "With Inner AI, we are making artificial intelligence more accessible, practical, and integrated into the experience that Algar customers are already familiar with."
